Details of all considerations, minutes and changes to street lighting illumination levels and / or light timings within the last 5 years related to the surrounding area of Melbourne Avenue / Honeywood Road junction, but also from there to Whitfield roundabout, and from there down Melbourne avenue to Dover Christchurch Academy. Ditto for any changes to the two sets of pedestrian crossing traffic signals (traffic lights) at Melbourne Avenue / Honeywood Road junction.
