Could you please provide a list of planning applications, between 01/01/2018 and 01/01/24 that were published on the planning committee agenda, and where the Planning Officers report was not published five clear working days before the scheduled planning committee date.

The Council does not hold a list of the information you are seeking, but the information is available on our website. Where an agenda report has been published late it will show as a supplement (there will be a front sheet showing the date the supplementwas published).
