1. Please could I have a copy of your service procurement procedure.
2. Please could you provide information around the registering of interest. For example; a procedure or guidelines.
3. How can I find out if a Director had registered their interest? Is there a log of some kind?
4. Please could you tell me the salary band for grade ‘c’.

2 The Code of Conduct for Employees states:

Personal Interests

9.1        Employees must not allow their private interests or beliefs to conflict with their professional duty. They must not misuse their official position or information acquired in the course of their employment to further their private interest or the interests of others.

9.2        Employees must declare any financial or non-financial interests which could conflict with the Council’s interests. 

9.3        Employees should declare membership of any organisation not open to the public, without formal membership and commitment of allegiance, and which has secrecy about rules or membership or conduct.

3 The Council has a Regsiter of Interests for Staff.  You can make a freedom of information request for specific information and the Council will consider your request in line with the legislation.
