    2. How much money has the local authority spent on purchasing these properties? (If any properties have been sold again after being re-purchased, please also specify this income)

  1. The Council only holds records from 2012 onwards and 46 flats have been sold leasehold.
  2. The Council does not record this information but of the current 419 leasehold properties, 158 have away addresses
