How much income revenue do the council receive year on year and how much surplus revenue after operating costs is gained and how is that surplus income used and allocated please?

The information you have sought is available on the Council’s website as part of the Annual Reports for Parking which can be found at https://www.dover.gov.uk/Transport,-Streets--Parking/Parking/Documents--Policies/Home.aspx. The surplus from Off- Street Parking income goes back towards the General Fund. It is not possible to identify how the income is allocated towards the various expenditures across the Council.
