How many properties sold under Right to Buy by your council were leasehold properties only.
Response
It is only flats that are sold under Right to Buy (RTB) that become leasehold when they are sold, and we would only hold details of the owner of those properties. We do not hold details of the current ownership of properties sold freehold (houses). The Council has sold 46 flats since 2012, which is as far back as our data is held.
The current stock of leasehold properties totals 419, of these 158 have away addresses for correspondence. The Council holds no information indicating that the properties are sublet but the owners do not live at the leasehold properties.
