With reference to St James Development in Dover Kent, please can you send a list of any noise complaints from local residents at that time of build (if any)? Alternatively, please confirm if none were reported?

I can confirm that the Council had four complaints about the St James Development between period from 03/01/2017 to 03/12/2020.
