Homes England Consultation on Buckland Mill
Homes England, the government's housing accelerator, is consulting on proposals for the next phase of development at the former Buckland Mill site in Dover. This is in addition to the new homes and converted mill buildings that have already been built at Buckland Mill.
A new masterplan is being developed for the site with the aim of delivering approximately 120 new homes. Once the masterplan is finalised and then approved by the planning authority (Dover District Council), construction can begin.
This consultation is designed to share working draft plans with the public, and to seek feedback and input which will help inform the outline planning application to be submitted by Homes England to Dover District Council in April 2020.
