Public Spaces Protection Order - Consultation

Dover District Council is seeking the views of residents, businesses, and community groups throughout the District on the proposed new Public Spaces Protection Order Public Consultation (PSPO).  

The main changes to the exisiting PSPO are as follows:   

• Part 3 - Dogs on Leads.
• Part 4 - Dog Exclusions.
• Part 5 - Consumption of Alcohol. 

We are therefore holding a 4 week public consultation on our proposals which will run from 15th April 2025 untill 13th May 2025.

How do I have my say on the Council’s proposals?  

If you wish to comment on any part of our proposed PSPO, please use the below link which will take you to the relevent online consultation form.  Here, you can submit your comments for the relevant area of the proposed PSPO. It is advised you read our proposal documents before submitting your comments.
