Music Licence

If you are hiring Council Land, it is your responsibility as the organiser to advise the Performing Rights Society (PRS) of any musical performance at your event including live and recorded music.

We also have a duty to provide PRS for Music with details of any events (including contact details of the organiser) whereby music is part of the event so that they can issue you with a permit.
