Roots 2 Work

The Roots 2 Work project is a free unique programme that provided support to people aged 50+ who live within the Dover District and are looking for employment and/or support and advice to increase their employability and skills.

The scheme officially launched in August 2023, and will provide free workshops including:

CV Writing
Interview Skills
Confidence Building
Digital Skills
As well as other accredited courses

If you're over 50, live within the Dover district, and are in receipt of universal credit. You can join the scheme by talking to your work coach at Dover Job Centre, or by contacting us at Roots2Work@dover.gov.uk.
