This form is to apply for Council Tax Support. Anyone can apply for help with council tax, but you will only get help if you have a low income.

Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support if you are living in supported accommodation

This form is to apply for Housing Benefit and Council Tax support if you are working age, you will normally receive help with your housing costs within your Universal Credit award. 

Your landlord must be a housing association, a registered charity, a not-for-profit voluntary organisation, an English non-metropolitan county council, a local authority hostel or a domestic violence refuge. 

You need to give us information about you and your property, and the care or support they give you. This means it might take longer for us to decide how much housing benefit you get.

This form is only for people who wish to apply for Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support if you are already pension age or will reach pension age within the next 17 weeks.
