• Wards: Little Stour & Ashstone, Sandwich, part of Middle Deal & Sholden, part of Eastry.
• Town & Parish Councils: Stourmouth, Preston, Wingham, Ash, Goodnestone, Staple, Woodnesborough, Sandwich (Town), Worth, Sholden, Eastry.

Chairmanship

• Chair: Cllr Ian Martin, Town & Parish Councils (2009-10) 
• Vice-chair: Cllr Leyland Ridings, Kent County Council (2009-10) 

The chairmanship and vice-chairmanship rotates between the three different levels of council on an annual basis. We welcome all suggestions from local people about what they would like to discuss at future meetings. Please feel free to contact either the Chair or vice-chair if you have any issues you wish the Forum to discuss.

Light refreshments are provided and doors open 30 mintues before the meeting starts to give you a chance to meet your local county, district and town councillors plus a representative from the Dover District Community Safety Partnership.
